By making a payment to Fore! Inc. (1000262506 ONTARIO INC.) and/or entering the facility (Fore!, 21 Carlaw Avenue, Unit D, Toronto) , you acknowledge that you may be injured through the use of this facility. Golf balls are driven at high speeds, and golf clubs are swung at full speed, both of which reach speeds frequently exceeding 100 miles per hour; such balls and/or tees may ricochet, and/or if you walk near someone swinging a club, you might get hit. Upon acknowledging that you may be injured, you agree that you are 100% at your own risk upon entering and using this facility, which means that you release Fore! of any and all liability.

You also agree to not bring any alcohol on the premises or use the GFL Dumpster located in the parking lot for any disposal of waste

All participants in activities on the Premises, must agree to this waiver prior to entering. This Agreement shall remain valid and effective to release and indemnify Fore! (together with any of its managers, members, employees, independent and agents) from any Claims (as hereafter defined).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Simulator reservations can be cancelled up to 24 Hours in advance. If you fail to cancel before the allotted time periods, you will be charged for the time you reserved.

FACILITIES:

There is no dress code at Fore! but we prefer that you leave the wet shoes in the front. You may bring your own food and drinks in to eat at the bar tops (no alcohol).

Golf Balls:

We recommend for users to bring their own RCT Golf Balls. Golf Balls available in the bays are general golf balls and may not pick up the data as expected.

Golf Clubs:

Golf Clubs rental service is not available at Fore! Please bring your own Golf Clubs.
